Cancellation Policy

Appointment Arrival: To ensure a smooth and timely experience, all customers must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows time for check-in, safety briefings, and gearing up. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other customers' bookings. Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all themed package bookings. The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival for your session. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the remaining balance. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations. No-Shows: Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit their entire payment, including the deposit.
